Meet Our Presenters


Matt Sheahin is an experienced business litigation attorney who has tried cases involving various business disputes in Illinois state and federal courts. He has filed and defended claims for breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duties, violation of the Illinois Business Corporation Act and Illinois Limited Liability Company Act, as well as various business torts. He has also filed actions for injunctive relief, including TROs and Preliminary and Permanent Injunctions. 


Jennifer Tee is a fierce advocate for justice and zealously advocates for her clients in the courtroom and during all stages of the litigation process. Litigation can be daunting for clients. She helps her clients understand the litigation process by educating them on the law and providing the rationale behind it. Her goal is to ease her clients' concerns and get the case over the finish line so that they may put the litigation behind them. Ms. Tee represents individuals and businesses in a broad range of complex litigation matters involving commercial, business, probate, contract, employment, and injunctions in both federal and state court. She also has a great deal of experience handling arbitrations and was appointed as an Arbitrator in Cook County on the Commercial Calendar, Law Division.
