For over twenty-five years, I have focused on real estate and foreclosures of commercial, residential, and industrial properties. I counsel lenders to determine their best options in handling delinquent mortgage assets through either litigation or workout options and deal with a variety of issues in litigated mortgage foreclosures including priority disputes, title claims, equitable subrogation, and appointing receivers or mortgagee in possession. In addition to litigating foreclosure matters, I routinely assist lenders in determining the best workout option, including loan modifications, workout plans, short sales, or deeds in lieu of foreclosure. Other legal matters that I handle include building code violations, administrative hearings, and delinquent real estate tax issues.
