I concentrate my practice in commercial and residential real estate transactions of every size from large commercial, office building and industrial sales and purchases to individual residential real sales and purchase. I have an extensive landlord and tenant leasing practice. In addition to transactions, I also represent banks, lenders, and other creditors in foreclosures, mechanic’s liens, building court, municipal administrative hearings, and general commercial litigation. I also represent real estate investors and developers in loan work outs, lease negotiations, evictions, and building code violations.
