Community Involvement

Sarah serves on the Board of Directors for the Lake County Community Foundation, a nonprofit organization that facilitates funding efforts to improve the quality of life of the most vulnerable residents of Lake County, Illinois. Through her involvement with the Foundation, Sarah supports civic leadership, promotes collective philanthropy, and responds to community needs. 


Sarah contributes to the Lavelle Law Charities annual food drive, dedicating her time and resources to stock the Schaumburg food pantry. 


In addition, Sarah actively participated in mission trips with Millburn United Church of Christ when she lived in Lindenhurst, Illinois. These trips involved traveling across the country to build homes, support shelters, and provide resources to underprivileged communities.
