I believe effective legal counsel begins with understanding what a client is trying to accomplish—not simply identifying the legal issues involved. Whether I am advising a business owner, negotiating a transaction, or helping a family plan for the future, I take the time to understand the client’s priorities and recommend a practical path forward.
My approach is business-minded, responsive, and direct. I explain legal risks in clear terms, focus on workable solutions, and help clients make informed decisions without losing sight of their broader objectives. I strive to build long-term relationships with my clients and to serve as a trusted adviser they can turn to as their businesses, families, and needs evolve.
