Join Lavelle Law for an informative presentation tailored to individuals seeking expert guidance on critical family law matters. Our experienced family law attorneys will break down three key areas — prenuptial/postnuptial agreements, collaborative divorce, and child custody — offering you clear, practical solutions to protect your interests and achieve peace of mind during life’s transitions.

Designed for both individuals and professionals, including financial advisors, therapists, and other trusted advisors, the seminar will provide practical legal guidance for navigating complex and unique family law matters.

Prenuptial and Postnuptial Agreements:  Protect your financial future with our expertise in drafting ironclad prenuptial and postnuptial agreements. We’ll walk you through how these agreements safeguard your assets, clarify financial expectations, and provide security for you and your spouse, whether you’re planning to marry or strengthening your existing marriage.

Collaborative Divorce: Explore how our collaborative divorce approach can help you resolve your separation amicably, saving time, money, and emotional stress. Learn how our skilled team works with you, your spouse, and neutral professionals to craft fair agreements tailored to your unique needs, avoiding the adversarial nature of courtroom battles.

Child Custody: Understand your options for child custody with our client-centered guidance. We’ll explain legal and physical custody, how courts prioritize your child’s best interests, and how we advocate for parenting plans that support strong family bonds. Discover how we can help you navigate co-parenting or modify existing custody arrangements with confidence.

This presentation will empower you with the knowledge to make informed decisions. Reserve your spot today to learn how Lavelle’s family law team can support you through every step of your family law journey.

Doors will open at 7:45 AM for a complimentary continental breakfast, and the presentation will begin at 8:00 AM. This is a free event, but registration is required as seating is limited.
