Bankruptcy Solutions – a New Podcast Series

Lavelle Law • August 11, 2020
The sun is shining through the trees on a dirt road.

The impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on both businesses and individuals has caused a rise in bankruptcy filings. Because of this, Lavelle Law is creating a new podcast mini-series, Bankruptcy Solutions, as part of the weekly Chicago’s Legal Latte podcasts. This series of seven episodes will provide guidance regarding all types of bankruptcy filings, the considerations that should be taken, and the ramifications of filing for bankruptcy protection.

In many cases, bankruptcy is the right solution and can provide significant financial relief, but many considerations and outcomes should be discussed before any action is taken. We hope to share some of our three decades of experience with listeners in this new series.

Attorneys Tim Hughes and Ted McGinn will be the featured contributors to this new series. The podcast schedule is as follows:

August 11, 2020 at 4 PM
Is Consumer Bankruptcy the Solution to COVID-19 Unemployment?
