Family Law and related issues are among the most stressful a person can experience in his or her life. Contested divorces, child support, child custody, and parenting issues are often very emotional and challenging, and require the assistance of an experienced and knowledgeable attorney to properly and effectively represent your interests and the best interests of your family. It also requires an advocate who is skilled in litigation of all issues related to Family Law, but who also understands the needs and circumstances of each client. During my many years of practice, it has been my goal to zealously represent the needs of my clients and to be knowledgeable in all areas of Family Law. I work diligently to communicate directly and regularly with my clients and work with them to obtain the best possible outcome in every case.

The Court must determine the value of the business interest in order to determine how to equitably divide all marital assets in which the parties have an interest.
