In today's competitive business environment, knowledge of the law is absolutely critical. A business cannot make a sound decision without considering all of the significant legal ramifications. It is the attorney's role to provide management with knowledge of all relevant legal factors they will need to make the business decision that will maximize profitability. Only with all relevant information can management effectively weigh all of the risks and benefits for any course of conduct.
Mr. McGinn has delivered lectures including "The Legal Aspects of Starting a Business," "Estate Planning Strategies," "Medicare Regulatory Compliance," and "Health Information Portability and Accountability Act."
