PRACTICE AREAS

The law, legal terminology, and legal process can be confusing and overwhelming. This is true even for lawyers who find themselves involved in something outside their own practice area. I understand this well and always take the time to educate my clients on their transaction to make sure they understand the process, are comfortable with it, and have the information they need to make important decisions. Having spent the first several years of my career practicing commercial litigation, I am all too familiar with how a simple agreement can go horribly awry, and I now use that knowledge to protect my real estate clients early in the process so that the transaction goes as smoothly as possible. Real estate transactions are often the largest and most exciting transactions a person will ever be involved in – and the gravity of that is not lost on me. I pride myself on being available for my clients and all their questions – which are never too small or silly.
