1. Represented two shareholders in a manufacturing company and obtained Temporary Restraining Order and Injunction against on their behalf against their fellow shareholder who was stealing vendors, employees, and customers for himself and a competing business he secretly set up. The Court granted our motion and removed the offending shareholder from all company bank accounts, prohibited him from participating in the operations of the company, and prevented him from signing any checks or accepting any money on behalf of the company. The company is now under the capable control of our clients.

In this year alone, we have represented many Plaintiffs in commercial lawsuits, and have successfully obtained six figure judgments and settlements in different cases that varied from breach of contract to shareholder disputes to breach of fiduciary duty cases to foreclosure cases involving residential and commercial properties.

We have also represented many Defendants in commercial lawsuits and have been able to utilize our multiple skills sets and various practice areas, and the combined legal, business, and accounting skills of our litigators, to negotiate with Plaintiff creditors and resolve multiple cases with claims for millions of dollars for just tens of thousands of dollars, or a mere fraction of the amount claimed. We have also been successful with negotiating similar resolutions for smaller claims on behalf of many more Defendant clients.

Lastly, in many cases, where we have obtained judgments we have successfully turned over money in bank accounts owned by judgment debtors, garnished wages at judgment debtors’ places of employment, turned over others assets such as stocks and vehicles in order to pay our clients the money owed to them by virtue of the judgment.
