PHILOSOPHY

In today's competitive business environment, knowledge of the law is absolutely critical. A business can not make a sound decision without considering all of the significant legal ramifications. It is the attorney's role to provide management with knowledge of all relevant legal factors they will need to make the business decision that will maximize profitability. Only with all relevant information can management effectively weigh all of the risks and benefits for any course of conduct.

INSTRUCTIONAL EXPERIENCE

Mr. McGinn has delivered lectures including "The Legal Aspects of Starting a Business" and "Estate Planning Strategies".

COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT

Mr. McGinn serves as Treasurer of the Palatine Food Drive, a not-for-profit organization.

He is also a Member of Village of Palatine Zoning Board of Appeals and a Member of the Board of Directors of the Palatine Township Senior Citizens Council.
