PHILOSOPHY

Often, the legal profession forgets that it is a “service industry.” This is especially true for small business owners who often feel left out as attorneys pursue larger clients. I recognize that small businesses make up 80% of new hiring in the United States, and are the economic engine of our economy. I treat my small business clients accordingly. I focus my practice on strategies to head-off legal complications a reduce overall legal costs, and compliance services that free up my clients’ time so they can focus on growing their business.
